Hi there,
I live in a rented flat.
I remember ages ago when I opened the loft some gravel, like dried concrete fell from there.

I've noticed in the last week or so I've heard a lot more falling. I just opened the loft and quite a bit fell out of the hatch.

What is it? And should I worry? I went up with a light and couldn't really see any problems...is it somethin that will have been between the tiles?

Apologies for ignorance.

It is probably the torching falling from the tiles as a result of Jack moving tiles about.

Hi. Snow blow up, turns to water and expands 10 percent when turned to ice. The pressure it exerts flakes of bits of mortar, which is what you have witnessed.

S once the weather's picked up if I head up there and check there doesn't seem to have been too much damage things should be ok?
