gravel frontage .. gets everywhere

Hello

We have a loose gravel frontage to the house - it looks great when feshly raked, but as soon as it is walked on looks untidy and the gravel goes all over. We really don't want to move it all and put something else in its place - but need to do something to keep it neater.

Any ideas?

DIYnot has helped us so many times before, we're hoping someone has a good suggestion now!

The only way to stop this will be to coat the drive in resin.

This will need the base sorting out too
