Hi Guys,
i'm ia bit of a pickle and need sensible advice hence this site, now I have a gravity fed shower in a two storey house and the top floor shower works great with plenty of flow but the one downstairs has the fault, when you start to use the shower it just turns off itself or shall I say water stops flowing totally after about 20 seconds it dribbles and then stops!!
The H/W cylinder is on the same floor downstairs but strangely enough the upstairs shower works absolutely fine, any pointers would be great on the likely cause of this problem,
It has a standard mixer valve on the wall with a flexi hose on a rail...

Thanks in advance

Oh yes sorry forgot to mention that I have 2 cold water storage tanks on the top floor, I have checked that all valves are fully open too,

Thanks again

Are they pumped hot water feeds? maybe your pump has packed in to your downstairs shower.
