Grease for tap valves

Is there a grease that can be applied to the inners such as the valve?

I have a couple of mixer tap valves that seem to be a little stiff. Also wanted to grease a stop cock used for the stand pipe out in the garden but had to get a new one when I got the valve stem out and found the stem seal rubber was chewed up.

O ring seals are a multitude of sizes best bet is get an assortment like this or at Screwfix or Toolstation.

Already have O rings. I get the packs of them and washers and nuts and spot pins and circlips ..... etc, when on offer in Lidl
