Greenstar 30HE - hot water too hot

Hi, Please advise...

The boiler is Worcester Greenstar 30HE, circa 2 yrs old.

Everything seems to work fine... but hot water is just too hot.

Temp can be changed... but not as much as I'd like.
Temp drops down to 50C with regulator set to minimum, 60C half-way and 75C max (ie. Economy dot) and AFAIR some time ago we had it set to 40C and all was fine...

Any hints before I start peeking under the cover?
