Fingers crossed its all sorted now.
Heating engineer fitted new pcb and wiring harness which was required as a match to the new pump.
Still didn't work
On calling Worcester Bosch again, their 'helpdesk' had failed to mention that in addition to all the above, a certain link had to be removed
I'm finally in a position to switch on my CH to give it a full test.
The missus not happy as the house is like a sauna already due to the hot weather.
