HI,
Strange thing happened to my boiler and wondered if anyone know what it meant.
I think i had a air lock in an upstairs rad, so looked on net and done what it told me to do. (all others off, and just run system with that rad open and it should clear). I think it has, but not sure if its just now moved to another rad !!)
Anyway, problem is now my boiler has the green light on showing the thermastat is calling for heat, however the temp screen is stuck around the 41 mark and flashing with this symbol ( -I I- ) The I is actually a straingt line..

Any ideas as their customer service team are off today !

Thanks

That symbol is, what we call, the sulk mode (low fire rate). It comes on when the power supply is interrupted and should last about 20mins after which the boiler should run normally again.

Your timing is impecable. About the time you replyied, it came on... And it saves me having the 'sulk light'

Many thanks for your help
