Hi, my boiler has lost its radio link and I have reset it about 20 times and it still cannot find the thermostat. I recently moved the thermostat to upstairs as we have a log burner downstairs and I needed the heating on just for upstairs. This has worked fine for the past week but suddenly the link has been lost. I have changed the batteries in the transmitter and it seems to be working ok. I have even turned the boiler off completely at the mains to force it to reset and it still can't find the transmitter. Its beginning to drive me mad. PLEASE HELP! Thank You

Have you tried moving the thermostat back downstairs to see if it then makes contact?
Yes I have tried that too
