grohtherm wireless water no longer hot.

Hi folks.
Can anyone advise why the wireless shower only produces warm water despite the temperature turned up to 38?
I have checked the hot feed into the unit and the filter is clear.

Unit was ok last week.

Does this sound like an internal problem with the unit?

Grateful for any advice.

Strange to think that a week battery would cause a loss of hot water?

The battery indicator would light if battery low.
Does the temp keep flashing or does it stabilise ?

No light flashing and temp is stable.

And you have no error message come up ie LIMIT ?

Would anyone have touched the settings in the remote ?

Works perfectly, just not hot enough, set it to 29 and its freezing!

You could try re-synchronisation of the remote.

Is the unit out of warranty ?

I think it's going to be a mixer issue but worth trying.

Ye i think it is an internal issue as well.

It is my neighbors shower but because i am nearly finished my level 2 plumbing course any problems with plumbing and they come to my door!

Ask him to check to make sure the warranty has run out.
as these carry a 5 yr warranty any faults on the unit the whole unit is replaced as it has no serviceable parts available to the public.
