Removing all fertile matter from the over-site zone is standard practice. Putting it back in is not wise.
Bog standard site beam and block....
I like it. Keeping it raw. This is what mine looks like under my extension from 2018.... I have crawl space under the rest of the house so I can see the space under the block and beam still.
