Hello again. It has been a while since i was on here but am in need of some expert advise once again.

I am looking to build a shed/outbuilding in my back garden. It will be roughly 2m x 4m with a monopitch EPDM roof, roller shutter for a door and cedar clad. You get the idea.

It will be positioned between a large tree and the garden fence. Given the location of the tree, the ground is a little obstructed and uneven over the required area. This will be more of a permanent fixture rather than a semi permanent shed.

In order to overcome the roots and uneven surface, i have looked at using ground screws. This will allow the joists to sit above the ground nice and level.

Reviewing supplier options, i have found The Ground Screw Centre to be well recommended. Has anyone used them and what do you think of them? A slightly more expensive base option, but i think it will give me what i need. Just going into an unknown place so after recommendations/opinions before making the purchase.

Just make sure you know what's under the ground. No pipes etc...

I find the cheap screws, formed from solid steel rod quite effective - the ones sold for dog/animal restraints. This sort of thing- https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/18625724...z0hgHI6kYEju6iEYKkUb2GbdPw==|tkp:BFBMvNrc8JVn
