Grout repair

I noticed I had a small amount of grout missing in the shower when I was cleaning it yesterday. The shower is eight years old, and I'm assuming it's just eroded over time, but correct me if I'm wrong.

What's the best way to repair this?

1) Scrape out the grout and replace, or
2) Force some grout into the gap, or
3) Go over with clear sealant
4) Something else, or

Scrape out the old grout and renew that section if you want it strong and waterproof.
