Grouting black slate effect tiles

Ive grouted in hundreds of tiles before but have just for the first time started grouting in some black tiles with white grout, anyone no the best way to clean off the excess grout?? it makes hell of a mess on black tiles and seems like I'm going to be cleaning up forever

Grouting process is the same for black tiles as any other unless you have an unsealed tile?
