GRP valley noise

My neighbour had the lead valley between us removed and replaced with a GRP vertical valley. Issue is whenever there are gusts of wind I can clearly hear rattling from the loft/ the corner below. Doesn’t sound like tiles, I’m 100% it’s not guttering or fascia noise either. Can anyone spot anything obvious from this photo? I’ve been in the loft and from the eye of a non professional I can’t see anything obvious. Thanks in advance

Out of interest how does that guttering and fascia get so filthy is your house under a tree
