my kids tv has the child lock active, i do not have the manual to reset the pin. Does anyone know the default pin for the tv?

try the usual suspects 0000, 1111 ~ 9999, 1234, 9876 etc
Thanks for the reply. I have tried all different combinations also called the grundig helpline, no help! Called a number they supplied for a copy of the user manual but need to wait til tomorrow for a reply. I will post the answer in case some other people have the same problem and it might go to rectify their probs too.

Dont know if this helps but I have 2 Grundig TVs (neither are combos) and the codes in both manuals are 7038. Worth a try?!

If you can't find via websites or user manuals, unplug the TV for unspecified time, to discharge the code, unless it is encoded into an eprom?
