Fitted a Grunfos pump in a new cental heating system. When trying to commission unable to get all the radiators hot and the three that did get hot the return was cold. After a lot of investigation and head scratching,dismantled the brand new pump to discover that the oulet port was blocked with the metal casting with only a few pin prick holes to allow water to pass. So beware check your pump before installing.
