GU10 How to remove (shower room)

I have in the bathroom GU10 spots, the fitting has glass on the front, so I have prised the fitting from the ceiling. The bulb is held in with a spring & there is a metal bracket stopping me pulling the bulb away from the glass.
I cant seem to slid the bulb away from the spring, toi replace it.
Any tips.

Yep sorted, problem I had was my LED's bulbs were longer that the halogen I took out, just & had to bend the bracket & now all sorted.
