Guestimation if you please

I am in need of having my garage plastered the measurements are 18' x 18' ceiling height is 8' walls are breeze block and clean, one wall has french windows in, one wall has new front door and sidelight in and another wall has internal door aperture, ceiling has bare plasterboard in A1 condition. I was wondering if any one can guestimate time and cost inc materials.

The prices up to now vary too wildly.

hi mate if you are drylining walls and then skimming throughout materials should be no more than £220.00 and labour £450.00 if you are having it bonded then skimmed then labour should be around £600.00 and materials no more than £200.00

depends ont he labour rates where you are but i don't think AM is too far out with his costs, i'd be looking to price around the same.

hard to say exactly without seeing though.

hi mate didnt see the part about time scale should be 2 days for two men dryline it all and skim ceiling 1st day then skim all walls next day happy to help
