ok this is starting to wind me up now!!
I know that the problem was definatly the hole in the diaphragm which i am pleased to report i have replaced.
I am struggling the re-attch the pressure sensing pipes, i have tried several times with the base plate removed looking up at them but every time i think they are in and i snap on the clips they start to leak when i turn on the water
