Hi, we have a downstairs and upstairs toilet in our house and recently I have noticed that when my wife is showering upstairs the downstairs toilet bubbles and gurgles and water level is low. Just a minute ago as well I flushed the downstairs toilet and it filled right up then sank down to a higher level than before. Any ideas what the issue is?
