Gutter has 1 downpipe and holding water at one end.

I have a detached house, and over the years I noticed one side sag a little so water doesn't make it all the way across to the downpipe on the far side of the house.
I got the gutters cleaned, and bloke that did it tried to push it back up, but it won't go.
I was thinking of fixing a riser in the gutter and put an open piece of waven pipe to help the flow.
Do you think that would work?
