Gutter/roofing issue

Hi there,

our recently purchased house (roughly 9 years old) has issues with the guttering!
Please see attached photos.
I had a gutter guy out and he said there was no problem with the gutters, in fairness it was a dry day and i didn't have photos to show him.
We've cleaned out the gutters of any leaves etc, but whenever there's any rain it runs straight down the walls, the gutters aren't catching any of it!

Can the lead be adjusted and the gutters moved??
Any suggestions please??

That's a flashing issue not the gutters. Although on the last pic the damp is very high on the top bit

The rainwater is running over the verges where it exits the dormers..the water needs diverted away from the verge into the gutters.

thanks guys.....who do i need to contact to fix this - roof guy or gutter guy?

and what exactly do i tell them needs to be done?

is the flashing the lead bit?

and if its high (you looked worried Mw roofline!) how does that get fixed??

Call a roofer and show him the pics you posted here.

google: vaughtroofing.com visual aids for "kick outs". You can buy them in the UK - or any competent roofer or plumber could knock some up, and install them.
