Hi I live on a street where there is not many down pipe for the rain water to run off and as mine is the end house I’m getting the rain water from around 15 houses, is there any pipe fittings that I can use to stop it coming on to my property like a stopper of some kind I’m at my wits end please help

Assuming your question is not a joke, it belongs in the Building Forum.
I'll ask the mods to move it. You originally posted in the Jokes section.

What type of guttering?

Regulations state that the capacity should be appropriate for the anticipated volume of water, considering the roof size, local climate, and rainfall intensity that your area experiences.
