Hairline crack found under and above the window

I have just found some hairline cracks above and under a window.

It is a 1900 victorian terrace. Is it a sign of subsidence? No matching cracks found internally

Is it a structural concern?

I have just moved into the house 2 weeks ago so I can't tell whether it is new.
