Half of double oven not working

Hi there,

one side (the smaller oven that you can’t fit anything in) works. The main oven makes a sound when you turn it on, but doesn’t heat. It’s electric, with gas hob. Any ideas please? Thanks
 
Perhaps the timer has failed? that usually controls 1 oven only ISTR?
