Half Shafts ,Bearings, Bushes & Cv joints

Hi Folks advice needed

Drivers side wheel has started to knock knock Only when driving over man holes , drain lids and low road works. No feeling on steering wheel only on re turning round round abouts L then R but have slight whinning from below


Wat you guys think s wrong/broken/failed

If the whining increases when you go around corners, then its a wheel bearing problem, which won't necessarily show up as play....if turning right is noisy its the left one, and vice versa. If its a genuine knocking noise on full lock then the cv joints may be worn - check the rubber boots for splits first. Failing all of these, it could be wear on the bottom wishbone bushes or even a broken spring. Cheers John
