Halstead ACE HE 30 (need help)

Hi all
i have an halstead boiler that is having a few problems
1st is pressure keeps droppin and when i refill back up it pumps it back out off overflow

2nd when C/Heating comes on(fires up) it vibrates so loud it shake the room lol

3rd when c/heatin is on the the prssure shoot to around 3 bar ,,which im sure is related to 1st problem ...

i have no probs on hot water side of things just c/heatin ,, any help would be some help ???

for probs 1 & 3 see the FAQs, once that is sorted it might cure no 2, if not come back.
