Halstead Ace High no hot water :( !

Morning,

Oh dear not hot water this morning,

We have a Halstead Ace High combi boiler and its about 4 years old and over the last couple of days the hot water has been intermitant and today nothing. Heating works ok but no hot water. Would i be right in saying it is the diverter valve diaphram
