are you sure you have no leaks? have you checked the prv outside?

Yes i have checked for leaks , the system pressure does not drop but when it locks out i have to increase the pressure , re set ,and it will work for a few a day, then lock out , i try to re set, it fails , then i increase the pressure and it fires this has happened for the past couple of days , Does the diaphram sense the pressure.

Check the air vent's open/working, and bleed the pump just in case.
Boiler won't go if the pump has no water to pump.
