Got called to one of these on friday not working and blowing fuses. Found that AAV was leaking all over the board, also diaphram on last legs. Dried out board, changed AAV and diaphram. Tested and was Ok in CH mode but was not modulating high in HW therefore HW temp crap.
Removed board and was damaged with water scale. Left it working in CH mode and got a new PCB on Saturday morning. On arrival occupier said CH went off again...no worries, fit the new board. Started ok through to ignition. About 2 secs after ignition flame go's out. Checked flame probe, polarity etc...all ok. There was no instruction on site so had no idea of resistances on gas valve, tmisters etc. Looked on Web and no joy there. I suspect the gas valve but i'm not a 'Parts changer' and prefer to test everything. Anyone point me in the right direction? Anyone come across this before? By the way the Lockout light does not come on but the power light is blinking.

Had this before, power light blinked because the pump flow switch is permanently N/O. The spindle had stuck and therefore held close the micro switch.

Fires for a maybe 5 -10 seconds and then cuts out.

Never got confirmation if thats what it ONLY means.
