Hello I have the above boiler.

I have no central heating nor hot water. I can see both micro switches working and hear them click. I have tested that the micro switches work with a meter. The gas is on there is water pressure in the boiler according to the water gauge on the front of boiler.It sounds like it wants to fire up but does'nt.

Could it be the pcb , there is a blue component on the pcb which is warm and some browning next to it where there are a few resistors as if it was getting to hot.

underneath the boiler is an over heat switch. it's a red button type switch. try pressing it in

When this model becomes a few years old it can be rather delicate.

The PCB often has multiple poor solder joints.

I also think it is the one where the knobs fall apart if you so much as look at them.
