Halstead Finest Gold runing hot and cold.

I have a Halstead Finest Gold combi boiler. Just recently it has started to run hot and cold through the shower. The issue just checked is with the boiler not the shower mixer.

The boiler is lighting no problem but after a minute or so it switches off for 10 sec then relights. It then repeats this process for the rest of the time.

Any suggestions and pointers would be very welcome.

It has not been serviced for awhile.

Why not get it serviced regularly?

Its most likely to be a blocked plate heat exchanger.

But as not serviced could also be other issues as well.
