Halstead Quattro Flow and return valves issue

Hi

I recently changed the pressure release valve on a Halstead Quattro combi boiler, and as I did this I ad to lock off the flow and return tot he Central Heating valves, on unlocking them they have started to leak through the screw end which seems odd, but it is.

I went to purchase 2 22mm isolation valves to replace only to find out it is 22mm one end and the other is slightly larger, does anyone know where I can find replacement valves and if anyone else has come across this.
