Any help greatly appreciated ....

I am hanging a wall hung vanity unit in the bathroom.
The wall is plasterboard, covered with 11mm MDF
I installed a frame in the wall, using the existing metal stud walls intending to screw through into them. It now turns out that the frame is 3" too high and when I drill through the MDF and plasterboard there appeared to be space behind. As the unit is quite heavy I bought some snap toggles and drilled 13mm hole for them. I then hit what I think is the metal studding behind, though it is a bit deeper than I expected.

I now have 13mm holes through the MDF and plasterboard and the metal frame behind.

What are my best options for fixing the unit to the wall?
