Hey I have a hansgrohe bar shower that is now only getting luke warm. Why could this be? could the cartridge need adjusting?

Is the hot pipe to the mixer hot ?
Have you tried cleaning the filters ?

I cant tell if the pipe is getting warm is it is behind the tiles. Were the filters usualy located on these showers?
If the filters are clear is it looking like I need to change the cartridge?
