I have a hansgrohe ecostat comfort shower bar that needs a new thermostatic valve. The problem is, I can’t work out how to remove the hot water knob to expose the valve. There’s no grub screw. You tube videos show it just slides off but it seems totally stuck on. I’m reluctant to use too much force.. any ideas greatly appreciated! Many thanks
