For RC,
theres always some factory somewhere that works through the holidays and an easy ploy to get out of working the shift, especially at night, is to say they have a problem with a motor on one of the machines.
Had 4 calls this morning and luckily have been able to put them off till Monday by saying it will be VERY expensive as we are on shutdown and saying this is the emergency number.
