This brings a huge smile to my face:
It never ceases to amaze me how children are thrilled by such small things.
Like my youngest, "Daddy, can I sit on your knee and play the cow game?"
This is where I pretend to be a bucking bronco and he has to stay on as long as possible.
My middle boy, "Daddy can you do "rub on back" for me?"
Where I cuddle up to him in bed & rub his back as he drifts off.
And my eldest, "Dad, can you ask me some really hard sums?" or, "Tell me a letter and I'll think of all the countries beginning with that letter".
I love that they are both hungry to learn and play and that they are satisfied by such simple games. No need for TV, DS's etc...
I am a very lucky, happy Dad.
