Hard to access leak

I have a leak at a joint that is very hard to access without hiring a double scaffold tower and crossing over a building. Is there a product similar to "Radweld" that I can pour into the gutetr as close as I can get that will run down and seal the leak?
Any assistance or advice would be appreciated.

Where is this leak and cast iron or plastic?

Can you not hire a large cherry picker or platform hoist to reach it?

It is plastic guttering and yes, if needs be I can hire a platform but I was looking for a cheaper/eaier option.

No cheaper " seal it" option But consider replacing with long length of gutter - so the join/s come over an area with easier access
