Hardened criminal

I am all for free speech.

But this issue does rather seem to have taken over his life.

It is all a bit strange.

All it takes is one person to report it. It doesn't matter that those offenders are moderators or "anonymous". It would take 5 minutes to trace them.

What you have to realise is that the Trans rights movement are well funded, with lots of access to legal resources.

His tweets do meet the criteria of hate speech, provided he gets good legal advice and opts for jury trial etc. I doubt it will result in a conviction. The process might kill him though, he seems rather unwell.

That’s crossed my mind before. The mods tend to step in a delete anything serious, unless it’s left wing!

That doesn’t count and Starmer would love it.

The problem is one person's joke is another's hate speech.
His tweet does incite violence and hatred towards trans-women and any officer has reasonable grounds to arrest on suspicion.

But that is only the half of it.
