hardened tile grout

can someone please help as iam struggling to remove the grout that has gone hard from my floor tiles

I just tried as someone suggested using a screw driver as a scraper,, see my photos..but it is not very succesfull..does anyone have any other suggestions?

try a wide wood chisel, but mind the edge of the tiles

Thankyou..iam now using an old screw driver that seems to be doing a better job as it has a wide flat end
