Italy just turned them away
If it is so easy, why doesn't Spain just turn them away? If (as you say) they are economic migrants and Spain is on its arse, why doesn't Spain just turn them away and back to the port of origin?

It's easy according to you.

And then, if it is so easy (according to RACoff) to send them back to the port of origin, why aren't the likes of Spain doing it?
Spain said they would let them in.

I don't know if anyone tries to take them back.
They're not Libyan anyway. Perhaps Libya refuses as well or even throws them out.

Go easy on poor ole noseal. diynot is all he has these days.
Off to Benners tomorrow boyo for some sand and titties. Pity you hate foreigners and travel, you might not be such a miserable old codger if you got out more.

They can be refused entry to any foreign port.

All vessels are flagged to a home port/country all other ports/countries can refuse them entry. This is specifically restricted to their stated role.

If they were a merchant or leasure craft with rescued migrants they could not be refused entry under the SOLAS convention. They are acting as a private coastguard and have no status in the waters they are operating in.
