Has anyone used these outside path lights, and how best to secure cable to stonework?

Has anyone used these outside lights from TLC:

It's a "BREEZ - Surface Mount LED Brick/Guide Light - Anthracite" by Forum Lighting.

Any comments about quality etc. would be appreciated.

The plan is to fit a few of them at a relatively low level in the sunken access to my back door:

I will wire them up with NYY-J cable, running at ground level and then up to each lamp. My concern is that it could be difficult to do this neatly as the stonework is rather wonky. Mounting the lights so they are flat could also be a challenge. Any advice? In particular, what sort of cable clip / cleat would you suggest?

Have you considered using solar powered, PIR triggered, LED units?

I recently installed six of these, to give some supplementary light on my very dark drive, and these have proven to be extremely effective. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/406142454419

I had little faith in on from dark, solar LED, because in winter, they do not get enough charge to be useful - but as these are PIR, they seem to not need nearly as much daylight, to keep them topped up.

The amount of sunlight that this area gets for charging is absolutely minimal, and I would need them to function right through the night.
