Hi folks

Has Texecom changed the Bell hold-off button on the latest firmware version for the 64w?

I went into Bell Test and pressed 'omit' but nothing happened - so I tried the No (X) button and the keypad said Bell Disabled.

If so how does one come out of the Bell Disabled without triggering the Bell(s)? Is it 'Yes' or 'No' or perhaps 'Reset'.

Has the system always automatical come out of 'Engineers Mode' after one Hr???

Regards,

Bob...

no Idea, it can take time especially if wireless.

I always do the bell test on off a second or so just to check it is available.
it should follow the manual.

in theory it will fire in alarm condition anyway, the idea of disabling is so you can work on it (open it to change batteries etc without it ringing).

1 hour idle, believe it’s a timer in global timers off top of my head wine in hand.
