Thats one of the biggest bug bears out there just now with trackers / laptops /pda`s/ phones showing exactly were you are and what you are doing with someone in an office who doesnt understand how you plan your route and jobs and they then try to get involved with you during the day altering stuff and messing stuff up

yes 100%. I get left alone as I get the work done by ignoring them trying to manage my time. Fell for it at first when I started with them and soon realised the office staff are best just putting the jobs on our hand helds and leave us to it. Trackers on our hoists are beneficial to them as they can see who is nearest to an emergency call and they send you. But they can also see if we are where we should be, so difficult to veer off anywhere to pick something up for yourself.

People seem to be doing ok at the moment.
When Labour was elected to power, there were those in the media and politics telling us that the economy would collapse and bankruptcy and anarchy would follow.
Labour has other challenges, the biggest being immigration, which will make or break them at the next election.

I did one with my son in law a few months back, we split 5k between us for a weeks work, not for me now. I coudnt do that week after week.

I am a gym freak as you know, extremely muscular build and fit as a fiddle, rewires are too much for me so I expect someone of your build (grossly overweight) will reallyy struggle. I take my hat off to those who do them but I am spoiled in my job and would hate it.

No. I'm wary of the (poisonous) chemicals used and the faff of decontaminating the quad bike and PPE clothing, afterwards.

Years ago being self employed and being employed was night and day, self employed took the risks but got big rewards. Nowadays becoming self employed is not worth the risk. You don't need to understand.

Same can apply to self employed pepes. Several years back, Mrs filly asked me to fit a ring doorbell for her, I fitted it without knowing much about them, I thought it was just something whereby you could tell the postman to leave the parcel round the back.
Anyway, a week or so later Mrs filly got home at her usual time of 6 oclock and she asked me if I'd had a hard day, yes I said. Unusually, I hadn't had a hard day, everything went well, got home at 3pm, had a nap for an hour then watched 'tipping point' and 'the chase'.
She said what time did you get home, I said about ten minutes ago, she said that's really odd because I got a movement alert on my watch and it showed a video of you reversing onto the drive at about 3pm.
