Have I broken my boiler??

Briefly, I have had to reroute part of the heating circuit pipes and since then the combi boiler wont ignite. THe pipes in question were the 22mm pipes that feed the radiators. I had to cut the two pipes in two seperate places and like an idiot didnt keep track of which connectd to which. SInce refilling the boiler primary circuit to its correct pressure the boiler wont ignite and we have no heating or hot water. COuld this have been caused by me switching the connections over and would reversing tghem solve the problem? Thanks for your help in advance.
 
The combi won't know about pipework errors.
Could be
it has, or
thinks it has, low pressure now, or
now has air in it which will stop it lighting, or
has had air in it and boiled and needs resetting..

Check the auto air vent.
