It started when I was 17. From then my spring/summers had been a nightmare because of hay-fever.

My mate whos ½ Malaysian (its Ironic) told me of a Chinese cure for hay-fever.

A teaspoon of your own wee

Ironic as I remembered this when I went to the Botanical Gardens in Singapore. This caused me the worst bout of hay-fever that I have ever suffered. It was horrendous.
In the toilet I filled a water bottle lid of water with my own wee.
Very salty dehydrated and taste terrible. I washed it down with the bottle of water.

That evening I can only describe as that I had an hangover.

Next day I was right as rain. I spent the next year in Australia. Suffered very little.

From the day I got back to England 18 years ago Ive hardly suffered.

I've had a day here and there when its got me in them 18 years. One year it got me in late summer . I generally suffered the spring more so than the summer.

If I felt the need I have a drop of wee. But for 18 years now Ive only had a handful of days that its had me. And only one day.

I dont like drinking my wee, I only did it the once in winter and it worked.
