Heart bleeds for Musk

Not according to the legal system.

1 day you will get there
Being guilty and escaping by a technicality would normally indicate a person being arrested, charged and tried in a criminal court for the crime. At the very least I’d expect him to have been arrested.

An example would be a prosecutor failing to bring a charge within the required time limit.

Not the BS you are eating up

in criminal law it can mean a conviction or a specific type of deferred judgment. It is an alternative where a defendant completes a court-ordered program, and if successful, the charges are dismissed, potentially preventing a criminal record.

The fact is Trump has never been arrested, charged, tried or convicted of rape. There are plenty of reasons to attack him, but no need to make stuff up or pretend that something means something else.
He has been found liable for sexual assault in a court.
Anyone who sexually assaults women, and thinks it's OK, is easily capable of increasing his degree of attack to rape, by USA definition.
By UK definition he'd already have been convicted of rape.
If you feel it's OK to excuse and support him and his behaviour, that's up to you.

I wouldn't trust a person like you to tell me the time, never mind offer legal advice.

Eh?

In order to be convicted of rape (and provided that the conviction is safe), someone first has to be a rapist.

The absence of a conviction doesn't mean the absence of the crime.
So we could call you a rapist and that's ok is it
