Hi,
Just after some advice. Im considering purchasing a new tumble dryer and am looking at heat pumps as a possibility. I want to keep this in a garage. The garage is connected to the house, is of double bricked construction and has insulation between the two walls. The garage door is a sectional garage door, again insulated. In the garage is also the boiler and fridge freezer. I have monitored the temperature over the last few months and although the temperature occasionally drops to 10 degrees, when the boiler kicks in this rises throughout the day slightly. I would therefore expect the temperature to be minimum of 12 degrees when I would be running the dryer.
I know it states minimum temperature of 5 degrees on most dryers, but I just would like to understand whether this is accurate.
Thanks
Steve
