Heat shield for r/s flue.

Hi

MI state on a greenstar 28i that a flue should clear eaves by 200mm. Can this be reduced if a heat shield is fitted is fitted over the top?

Yes you can by fitting a 1,000 mm steel plate across and at least 200mm terminal flue over
